Obama isn't a Socialist, Communist or any of the other invectives tossed about - he sees an America that has grown lazy, fat, self-serving, greedy, hated by the world - in other words, he sees a country that cannot continue going in the same direction. What perhaps worked in the past, will not work in the future because the problems are different.
Seems is if those loudly condemning him and wishing him to fail are far too heavily invested in the past. They are holding for dear life to the status quo and, in my opinion, should they win - we all lose.
